Return and Exchange Policy:
Please take note of the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Outlet items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in BRAND NEW and UNWORN condition with all tags attached, and the request should be made within 30 days of delivery.

We retain the right to inspect and potentially reject any return if the items are not in their original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Only items purchased directly from K7wear.com are eligible for return or exchange. For items purchased through other channels, please contact the original vendor.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Follow these steps to return or exchange your purchase:

Contact our customer service at info@K7wear.com, providing your order number and specifying the items you wish to return.

Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.

Print the RMA form and include it in your return package.

Once our warehouse receives the returned package, we will process your refund or exchange.
International Customers: For customers outside the United States, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You are expected to send the products to the designated warehouse in your respective country at your expense.
